Who are we?
Founded in 1993 in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, Ivel Confectionery is a family-owned company that has been making traditional sweets with consistent quality for over three decades. Our range includes authentic lokum (Turkish delight) and wafers, sold under our own brands ETHNO, Lokumière and Loku-Loku, and produced as private label for partners.
Our lokum contains no preservatives, artificial sweeteners or artificial colorants, and a BIO version is available. Our wafers, filled with lokum or tahini, are vegan and also free from artificial sweeteners and colorants.
